Using Kpis To Assess Business Performance

In order to assess business performance, most of  Vietnamese companies have been relying only on financial indicators so far ( such as profit margins). A comprehensive business performance measurement with KPIs (performance metrics, which help businesses shape and track growth compared to the set goal) is still relatively new to the domestic enterprises.
Experts in corporate management reckon that the application of KPIs in the leadership strategy of Vietnamese entrepreneurs is essential, especially  with the companies which pursue management by targets and management by work performance. With the KPIs, the motivation of employees is improved significantly and this is shown through the sense, attitude as well as team spirit.

However, the application of this tool is not easy as a piece of cake,it requires a lot of effort and time to study and test in procedure.
In order to help Vietnamese enterprises fully apply this effective tool to improve employee’s performance, PTI Education Training Group has designed the training program "Using KPIs to assess business performance " lectured by senior expert in HR Nguyen Xuan Hai.
