Training Internal Trainer

In each enterprise, the internal trainer plays an important role in training an elite staff for the unit / enterprise. They have to not only constantly improve their knowledge, but also innovate their teaching methods, especially during this period when renovating teaching methods means a revolution. This will contribute to the quality of senior personnel for each enterprise.
Teaching, lecturing or communicating ... is also an occupation if not an art. Besides the factors of nature, talents, internal trainers need training skills, methods to be able to have confidence, firmness which attracts participants; Making the class exciting, not boring is the expectations of those who register for the course. In order to support and cooperate with internal trainers, PTI Business School designed the program "Training Internal Trainers" with modern teaching method, student-centered program. This will bring the knowledge and skills essential for the internal trainers of the units / enterprises.
