With the desire to create more opportunities for studying, exchanging and connecting trainees of 2 CEO classes- Professional Chief Executive Officer 126 and Professional Chief Executive Officer 127, PTI Education Training Group cooperated with Pro-Sports Giao Thuy JSC to organize the study tour for these 2 classes on 6th June 2018.

The program was attended by expert Nguyen Hoang Phuong - Vice Chairman of PTI Education Training Group, Mr. Nguyen Tien Hanh - Monitor of CEO 127, Mrs. Dinh Thi Thu Thuy - Monitor of CEO 126, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy - leader of CEO 127, Mr. Phan Minh Chinh - Chairman of the Board , Pro-Sports Giao Thuy JSC and managers of 02 factories , Pro-Sports Giao Thuy and Pro-Sports Giao Yen along with 50 trainees of two classes CEO 126 and CEO 127.

Pro Sports Giao Thuy specializes in manufacturing and trading all kinds of fashionable sports apparel such as ski clothes, swimwear, jacket and fashion clothes exported to EU market. At present, Pro-Sports Giao Thuy has a production scale of nearly 2,000 employees with 24 closed production lines. The partners of Pro Sports Giao Thuy are the leading Korean corporations in the field of garment processing in Vietnam. In addition, the company also cooperates with major customers in the US and Europe to develop the FOB business in the future. In order to expand production capacity, Pro Sports Giao Thuy JSC has built a new factory named Pro Sports Giao Yen with 28 production lines - for 1300 employees, producing 100% of knitwear. |
The study tour has brought lots of interesting experiences for entrepreneurs. The program started with the visit to two factories, Pro-Sports Giao Thuy and Pro-Sports Giao Yen, where trainees were answered questions from the recruitment, resolving internal conflicts to building 5S model. Trainees then continued to participate in the discussion about management experience and business development of Mr. Phan Minh Chinh as the ways how to run Pro-Sports to be gradually expanded and developed. Besides the valuable lessons on corporate governance, business branding, entrepreneurial spirit, and the way to build up the personnel, even how to educate children, Mr.Phan Minh Chinh also stimulated the spirit and bravery required for entrepreneurs.
