Leadership Strategy & 7s Operating System

By studying the  leading companies in the United States, consultants of Mckinsey, Tom Peters and Robert Waterman,  have outlined seven factors making up the business’s success.
These seven factors include three main elements: Strategy; Structure; System; And 4 soft elements: Skills; Staff; Style of management; Shared Values.
In addition, the Leadership Strategy initiated by the General Electric Group in a simulation approach is an extremely practical Strategic training seminar (It has been deployed in MBA at more than 400 prestigious universities and many large companies).
Thus, we can see that 7S is actually a business management tool, combined with methods of simulating business solution to digitize and automate business; To adapt quickly to the trend of movement and turmoil in the modern economy.
