Finance For Leaders

Finance is completely different from accounting. Moreover, finance is also obviously a top concern of leaders. However, leaders do not have to take years to learn accounting as accountant  because of different job requirements. They may need only 2 weeks to understand about finance.
Leaders may sometimes manage on emotion the functional areas such as administration, human resources, sales, production...However, finance and accounting are two specialized areas of study. Therefore, we can not fully and exactly understand as well as well manage finance and accounting without studying about these different areas.On the other hand, there  is difference not only between finance and accounting , but between Finance for Finance Managers and Finance for Non-Finance Managers. Instead of years of studying as student of finance, leaders may spend only two weeks to get the most basic knowledge required for leaders about finance and finance managemen.
