Successful people are the masters of communication as revealed by an earlier survey that, they owe 85% of their success to connections and communication and only 15% to professional capability. It may not be an absolutely accurate finding but it merits our consideration. Communication is viewed as the key to success.
So what is good communication? Good communication is when what you want to get across is expressed articulately and accurately to listeners. This is a skill that can be learned and practised over the time. If you practise the communicating principles on a continuous basis, you will be able to speak more persuasively and exert strong influences in any circumstances on anyone, including your boss, colleagues and customers.
Aware of the importance of communication skills in business and life and with a view to assisting enterprises in enhancing their business efficiency through this essential skill, PTI Education Group developed the training program “Effective communication skills”.
