CPO - Professional Chief Production Officer

Chief Production Officer (CPO) is the person that takes responsibility for all matters related to the product. In the past, customer’s demand was the factor that decided what to produce, how much to produce and how to produce. But now, enterprise is the one creating  the demand for customer, the one deciding on product, thus, the role of a CPO is more and more important than ever.

Many enterprises have their own CPO but they do not clearly understand the role of CPO in modern business operation, management of SMEs as a CEO, CMO at once would decrease the capacity of a CPO. Most of enterprises have not noticed the significant role of CPO and this is the biggest barrier making the enterprises chase the market not lead the market. This is also a mistake for enterprise in the increasingly flatter global economy.
