It is important to bear in mind that : Each Enterprise/Organization must make effort to prove that they are optimized of (quality/ cost), of (product popularizing capability/demand popularizing level), of (perceiving product usage value/ Overall values of life) with the targeted consumer groups. THAT IS THE NATURE OF SUCCESS. If we think of the enterprise/organization as a ship and the role of the leader (CEO) as a captain, we can look at the success and development of the enterprise with the role of the leader, besides the wills and capabilities needed for a CEO, we need to create, change and lead the enterprise... just like a ship set sail, not only achieving economic goals but also reach beautiful social shores.
These answers, during the past few years, PTI together with enthusiastic lecturers has officially discussed in the classroom of a special training program, the CEO – PROFESSIONAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.
2015 is really a year of integration, many new protocols and policies will take effect. To be suitable & adapt with the business environment, PTI Business School proudly announce that the training program CEO - PROFESSIONAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER has been upgraded to version 3.0. In this new training “version”, the training program CEO – Professional Chief Executive Officer 3.0 will focus on solving the problems: “to integrate successfully”, the portrait of a CEO 3.0:

“Attending this course, the administrators and leaders of an organization/enterprise will find useful knowledge, can upgrade themselves before restructuring their enterprises, find a path that is really suitable to successfully integrate. PTI wish & hope that this course can be a practical handbook of the occupation of “CEO – professional chief executive officer” to help the leaders - the administrators full of aspirations & ambitions, can lead their organizations overcome and become a professional organization/company/enterprise.”

• Leaders of enterprises: chairman, CEO, the Board , the Members, managers, leaders, President Assistants, CEO assistants...
• Middle level managers of enterprises: functional directors, heads/vice heads of departments, divisions.
• Individuals who have a certain amount of knowledge or experience in management and operation of enterprises;
• Individuals  who wish to become a professional CEO – a “business leader” in the future.

In order to successfully attend this training program, trainees must be above 23 years old (this program is not suitable for trainees below 22 years old) and need to have at least one of the below requirements:

• Graduated from university or college (any major)
• Had held or is holding management positions that play important roles in companies.
• Have at least 03 years’ experience of working in fields and areas.
